ArmorText will be in Las Vegas for Black Hat, August 3–7, with three ways to connect. Kick off the week at Burgers & Breaches, our pre-party at the Bellagio Penthouse on Monday, August 3. LIVE EVENTField Notes 2026 — ArmorText’s First Annual User Conference
May 27, 2026
Classic Car Club Manhattan, New York City
ArmorText’s first annual user conference brought practitioners together to share the patterns they discovered in the field — secure alert delivery, context-rich telemetry, and verified coordination, all routed directly into ArmorText conversations and kept end-to-end encrypted. Jon Schlegel, CSO of CLEAR, opened with why out-of-band operational resilience isn’t a future problem, followed by six customer-led sessions, a collective-defense panel moderated by CEO Navroop Mitter, and closing remarks.
The day was invite-only and off the record — no press, no attribution — and closed with the ArmorText Off-the-Record Happy Hour. Approved session clips are being released over the following weeks.
Want to be in the room next year? Message us to stay in the loop for Field Notes 2027.

LIVE EVENTSovereign-Ready SaaS: Designing Global Services for Cutoffs, Compliance, and Continuity
February 6, 2026
HARPA Conference Centre, Reykjavik, Iceland
ArmorText CEO Navroop Mitter will participate in UTmessan 2026. Expect conversations around building sovereign-ready SaaS—services designed to remain operational through geopolitical cutoffs and localization mandates—and understanding the difference between infrastructure sovereignty (can the service operate when cut off?) and data sovereignty (who can lawfully access what data, under which jurisdiction?).
Attendees leave with a checklist‑driven framework and implementation patterns they can apply immediately, plus a roadmap to iterate with their counsel and engineering teams.
Clients and interested attendees: message us to coordinate a brief on-site meet-up.

Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center - Malham Convention center 792P+JQ, Malham Saudi Arabia
Emma Wright (Crowell and Moring) and Navroop Mitter (ArmorText) presented a practitioner framework for designing both infrastructure sovereignty (operate when cut off) and data sovereignty (who can lawfully access what) amid geopolitical disruptions and regulatory fragmentation. They covered people/technical/legal patterns—dependency classification, kill-switch exposure, routing/namespace choices, independent local operations, and legal safeguards—anchored by a case study of Iceland’s national secure-comms deployment. Attendees left with a checklist and implementation patterns to take back to engineering and counsel.
